Mixed feelings about the stay.

missing iron unexpected charge
The location was acceptable, especially its connection to a large shopping center.
I found several issues problematic. First, the promised iron never arrived despite multiple calls. being charged 70 bhats for a broken glass felt petty, particularly given the number of rooms booked.

Amazing stay with family

convenient mall quick responses
I had a great family trip. The shopping mall being next door was really convenient. My kids REALLY enjoyed the swimming pool and bubble shower. I was able to contact the hotel with questions and got quick responses.
